Qualifications
- 3+ years experience job planning for a commercial print operation, resulting in an in-depth understanding of web and sheetfed print, bindery and digital print processes, capabilities and workflow.
- Solid understanding of web and sheetfed commercial print, 4-color process, imposition, layouts, bindery processes (trim, folding configuration, etc.), plus working knowledge of paper and paper calculation.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and the skills required to creatively resolve competing priorities and workflow issues. Sound decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to learn and leverage new systems.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- High degree of organization, accuracy and dependability.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $64,000.00 to $98,400.00 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
