Job Description
As a Human Resources Compliance Specialist, you will ensure the Company’s employment policies and practices are up to date and operate effectively. Areas of responsibility include the following: regulatory compliance, reporting, workers comp administration, and OSHA reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Point person to coordinate Workers Compensation admin, along with EHS team
- OSHA Compliance reporting
- Compiles, prepares, and submits regulatory reports and documents including, but not limited to annual EEO-1 reporting and other government filings.
- I-9 and E-Verify administration.
- HRIS reporting and data analysis to look for employment trends, supporting various groups.
- Design, write, and implement employment and labor policies to comply with applicable laws and drive desired business results.
- Monitor and update policies and Employee Handbook to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Proactively works with field team to make sure updates are appropriately communicated.
- DOT administration.
- Facilitates the Code of Conduct Training
