This Co-op role will work closely with the Commercial Team to analyze the effectiveness of promotions and Contract programs. Draw insights from performance data to create actionable recommendations for upcoming promotions/programs. This position will work closely with our Commercial Directors, Sales Operations and Pricing Managers to interpret findings.

How You'll Create Possibilities

• Perform competitive and promo effectiveness analyses for monthly promotions.
• Assist in promotion tracking, analysis, and monthly summaries.
• Manage Floor Productivity Dashboards and 3rd Party Competitive Trends.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications

• Must be full-time student currently enrolled in 4 year-college or university program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business or other business-related degree program.
• Must hold and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average
• Excellent computer skills required with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task.
• Must be willing to work up to 20 hrs/week while school is in session and 40 hrs/week between when school is not in session.

• Strong commitment to a career in Analytics.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access or Tableau.
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
• Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom
