    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Pricing Specialist plays a critical role in the Sales Velocity team by preparing accurate, timely, and compliant quotes for incoming sales opportunities. This role will work closely with SDRs and sales leadership to ensure pricing is consistent, margins are protected, and turnaround times support a high-velocity sales environment.

    This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, comfort working with pricing templates and data, and either fire/life safety industry exposure or a financial/pricing background.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Prepare and process customer quotes using standardized pricing templates for all SDR-generated opportunities
    • Ensure all pricing aligns with Eagle Fire’s approved rate structures, margins, and service offerings
    • Review incoming quote requests for accuracy, completeness, and required documentation
    • Partner with SDRs to clarify scope, service details, and customer requirements prior to quote issuance
    • Maintain consistency and accuracy across all quotes to support forecasting, reporting, and margin control
    • Flag exceptions, non-standard pricing, or scope concerns to Sales Leadership for review and approval
    • Track quote turnaround times and support continuous improvement in speed and efficiency
    • Maintain organized records of quotes, revisions, and approvals within Eagle Fire’s CRM and sales systems
    • Support the build-out and refinement of pricing templates and processes as the Sales team scales

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, templates, and structured pricing models
    • Ability to manage multiple quote requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and pricing or financial templates
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership

    PREFERRED:

    • Experience in fire protection, life safety, construction services, or a related technical services industry
    • Background in pricing, finance, sales operations, estimating, or quoting
    • Familiarity with service-based pricing models and margin considerations
    • Experience supporting inside sales or call center sales teams

    WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Position is onsite in an air-conditioned office environment. Occasional travel to other company locations may be needed.
    • Standard work hours are typical with additional time commitment as needed based on deadlines.
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Ability to use telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
    • May be required to walk about the office as needed.
    • Must continuously adhere to Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.
