As a Digital Supply Chain and Operations Intern at Saint-Gobain, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mapping and documenting forecasting and planning processes, analyzing data and proposing optimization plans.

You will work closely with the Digital, Supply Chain and Operations Management team to contribute to our overall efficiencies.

This internship provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of digital, data and business optimization.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work closely with BPO and manufacturing plant representatives to map the current process, data and application usage
• Develop a document related to the process to support project
• Analyze data cleanliness, compatibility and readiness in relation to the process and develop a way to continuously monitor
• Evaluate application / digital (current and potential future) solution from the perspective of suitability to support process
• Deliver documents and summary report at the end of Internship to support continuity of the project

Hybrid work schedule - with 2-3 days onsite - Solon, OH.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Industrial & Operations Engineering or related field
• Undergraduate Junior or higher
• Projects and/or internship experience in data, analytics, supply chain and/or process improvement
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
• Must be able to Travel to US manufacturing plants to support deliverables (10% of the time)
