    We’re seeking a positive and motivated individual who embodies our Core Values of Consistency, Adaptability, Reliability, and Teamwork (CART) to join our team as a Purchasing & Procurement Analyst.

    The Procurement Analyst will assist in coordinating the movement of rental products, purchasing, sub-renting, and transferring equipment as needed. They will support the sales team by providing product availability and pricing while also working closely with vendors and cross-training in other departments. The Procurement Analyst reports to the Strategic Procurement Manager.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning using historical data and business inputs.

    Utilize data to drive continuous improvement in inventory optimization.

    Create and maintain inventory line items in Sage.

    Coordinate, follow up on, and confirm physical inventory counts as needed.

    Make inventory adjustments and update counts accordingly.

    Write and manage purchase orders (POs) and sub-rentals.

    Monitor and respond to purchasing emails daily.

    Execute warehouse transfers of rental products.

    Monitor and manage short pulls, overbooking reports, and resale item purchases.

    Conduct price comparisons between rental companies.

    Work with vendors to obtain product and service information, including pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

    Monitor miscellaneous items as needed.

    Manage and track graphic or decal requests.

    Assist sales teams with availability alerts and new product requests.

    Assist production teams with damaged product management, including adjustments and transfers.

    Assist with the distribution of new or missing items to design centers.

    Participate in project work, including Big Sale and TNT counts management.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Work Conditions:

    Primarily office-based, with some warehouse exposure (some areas may not be heated or air-conditioned).

    Schedule, Benefits, and Compensation:

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm

    Pay: $23 per hour.

    Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) eligibility after 60 days.

    96 hours PTO annually (prorated based on hire date).

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Completed a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).

    Strong background in analytics is preferred.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling) and Word.

    Experience with data visualization tools preferred.

    Strong math skills (fractions, percentages, and ratios).

    Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.

    Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index.

    Must pass a company background check and limited drug screen (excludes marijuana).
