    About this role

    Associates will join a fast-paced team to assist with field issues and customer service needs. Working cross-functionally, you will help identify/quantify field issues and work toward resolution. Foundational skills for this role include project management, general technical aptitude, and general business management skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze data in our CRM system to identify top issues
    • Generate & review manual and service literature
    • Generate reports & dashboards out of the CRM
    • Assist with project teams through the IRP process
    • Support Supplier Quality initiatives
    • Utilize Carrier Excellence and support continuous improvement efforts
    • Ensure EH&S standards and administrative procedures are followed

    Required Qualifications

    • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in engineering related field
    • 3.0 or higher GPA
    • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Completed classes equivalent to junior year of college
    • Proficient in the use of PC and software applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
    • Ability to perform tasks on their own with guidance
    • Results-oriented with the ability to multi-task
    • Knowledge of SalesForce
    • Understanding of engineering principles and concepts
    • Knowledge of SharePoint
    • Knowledge of programming
