• Ensuring contractual SLA’s are met by tracking jobs through the production process.
• Verify all MRDF files are reconciled and closed out in JTR daily.
• Perform routine, but varied, clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
• Maintain records: compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilize a general understanding of other departments and functions
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
• Responsible for maintaining department files
• May assist with production planning and special projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year, but 3 years preferred, of previous related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience
• Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours
• Walking/standing, 6-7 hours
• Bending/stooping, 2-3 hours

B-Shift - Tues-Fri 5:00pm - 3:00am. $1.25 shift differential

The pay rate for this role is $19.57 hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
