Position Summary:
Our 12-Week internship program is designed to give you an immersive, hands-on experience where you’ll gain practical experience on real-life assignments that will bring your theoretical knowledge to life. Not only will you receive on-the-job training, but you’ll also develop a host of transferable skills that will help guide you in your career for years to come. The dynamic nature of our business means that no two days will be the same, and you’ll receive support and mentorship from a variety of people within the organization, all of whom will be committed to helping you deliver your best.
This internship will teach you about Rolls-Royce as a business, how you can enhance your skillsets and breadth within the umbrella of project management, and how to strengthen your collaboration with diverse and dynamic teams across functions and sectors, honing your passion and potential future path within Rolls-Royce. You’ll exercise coordination, collaboration and business skills in support of the B-52J modernization program. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn professional project management skills while supporting an exciting Defence program.
What you’ll be doing:
Developing, tracking and reporting schedule and project plans
Supporting cost management and earned value reporting
Engaging on engine development and test activities; gaining an understanding of the processes, coordination, strategy and communication needed to deliver an engine development program
Supporting proposal generation and analysis as needed
Collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering and Program teams to track and actively mitigate risks

Relevant Majors:
Currently attending an accredited university/college working toward a minimum of a bachelor’s degree:
Engineering
Business
Industrial Management
Minimum GPA : 3.0
