Job Description
The Project/Process Manager (Engineering) is responsible for the design, development and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as the tactical deployment of manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities for the analysis, evaluation, solution development, build, and testing of complex applications
Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures
Function as technical experts throughout the full project lifecycle and develop, maintain project plans, evaluate estimates against actual occurrences, and own the delivery
Analysis of business systems to determine effectiveness by identifying inadequacies, inefficiencies, and problems and recommending solutions
Responsible for managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and quality processes
Ensure that quality methods and procedures are executed, and products, applications, and systems are in compliance
Manage and facilitate internal and external customer interactions throughout the Project Development Life Cycle
Share your expertise and help train other employees as assigned
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Education
Minimum - 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a degree related to Manufacturing Management is preferred. Advanced years of experience may overcome educational preferences.

Travel
10% - Possible travel to R.R. Donnelley Corporate and other facilities (domestic and overseas). The frequency for travel percentage is subject to change depending on business needs.

RRD's current salary range for this role is $94,000 to $122,000 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
