In this role as a member of the Logistics Service Representative (LSR) team, the LSR Support Coordinator will assist with general administrative tasks such as client galley entry, Overage, Shortage and Damage (OS&D) reconciliation, custom reporting and filing customer paperwork. Responsibilities: * Accurately enter customer galley information in the QTS system. * Work with receivers to reconcile overages and shortages. * Filing customer documentation * Provide excel reporting Qualifications: * Proficient in Excel or PC based database platform required * High School Diploma * 1 + years of experience in logistics industry preferred * Ability to work independently, multi-task and balance a number of customer accounts * Strong organization skills * Must be self-motivated, flexible, organized and able to multi-task in an ever-changing environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Company Information: We offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including 401(k) and profit sharing plans, holidays, vacations and more.
