Quad/Graphics is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team in Sussex, WI. The Benefit Representative is responsible for supporting benefit specific inquiries in addition to performing the administrative duties related to retirements, 401K and benefit invoicing. This position requires knowledge of employee benefits, the ability to provide direction on how to identify and resolve issues related to employee benefits systems, including but not limited to eligibility and annual enrollment. This position will work with a variety of different internal functions and third party providers to ensure processes are effectively established and executed and to ensure high quality service delivery of benefits to Quad/Graphics employees and retirees. Responsibilities include: * Acting as a subject matter expert for retirement and 401K benefits plan administration * Ensuring accurate employee eligibility, data analysis and monthly reporting * Answering questions and helping employees that walk in along with the benefit email box * Validating any benefit related payroll maintenance including adjustments/special payments, reconciliations and validations of deductions * Conducting quarterly audits * Researching and resolving escalated cases and conducting appropriate root cause analysis to determine impact for identified issues * Implementing process improvements that result in an improved employee experience and reduction/elimination of errors and waste * Assisting with annual enrollment process * Assisting with ongoing active communications, targeted letters, inserts and SPDs * Keeps apprised of Federal, State and local benefit laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance. * Assisting with miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a benefits role required. * Experience administering a variety of employee programs preferred. * Advanced Excel skills required (V-look-ups, pivot tables, formulas, etc). * Experience with Oracle software functions or other system experience preferred * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Strong curiosity and interest in trouble shooting issues * Solid organization skills and strong attention to detail * Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision * Ability to make decisions within specified parameters; Strong analytical skills * Proven ability to develop effective vendor and internal relationships that drive performance Additional Company Information We offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including 401(k), holidays, vacations and more.
