    The Quality Systems Co-Op will support the operation of a multi-site/multinational quality management system. The primary responsibility of the Quality Systems Co-Op is to facilitate critical components of the Sensitech Quality Management System in accordance with company and corporate requirements, including, but not limited to, equipment maintenance, supplier quality, and engineering change.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the completion of Design History Files for Sensitech products
    • Contributor to the administration of Engineering Change process, which includes maintaining the Engineering Change Log and associated files
    • Contribute to the administration of the Supplier Quality process, including maintaining the Approved Supplier List and associated supplier files
    • Contribute to the administration of the equipment maintenance process, which includes maintaining the equipment master index, associated equipment files, and processing equipment for calibration and maintenance
    • Conduct periodic audits of document files, databases, and libraries
    • Assist in the writing and editing of procedures.

    • Excellent computer skills (Including, but not limited to Windows, Office, Visio, Project Manager, and Internet).
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
    • Ability to anticipate and solve problems
    • Motivated and self-directed with the ability to work independently
    • Ability to stay focused and to carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time while being responsive to changing priorities
    • Perform efficiently under pressure

    EH&S REQUIREMENTS

    • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
    • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
    • Attend scheduled EH&S training program
    • Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
    • Recommend improved EH&S practices

    Education/Qualifications

    Based on the following minimum criteria:

    • Applicant must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
    • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program, majoring in related field of study
    • Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • Preferred strong technical skills in any of the following UI design, software development, data analytics, data science, Cloud infrastructure, networking or cybersecurity.
