    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Recruiters at Gates are responsible for partnering with assigned business divisions to support talent acquisition needs by recruiting and sourcing for open positions, developing and maintaining candidate pipelines, managing the company’s ATS system, assisting with college recruiting, and new hire onboarding.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below.

    • 25%: Execute Gates’ talent acquisition strategy through the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for open positions in a variety of roles including: Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT.
    • 25%: Partner with hiring managers to establish full cycle recruiting plans and develop candidate pipelines for current and future needs
    • 25%: Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verify references; compare qualifications to job requirements. Use proactive methods (specifically social media channels) to direct source candidates, stay current on industry and functional trends to further build Gates Talent Community
    • 15%: Work with corporate HR team and hiring managers to suggest improvements to job descriptions, interview process and candidate experience enhancements
    • 10%: Additional duties as assigned including participation career fairs and veteran’s, college, intern and other recruiting programs
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    • 1-3 years of progressive recruiting experience
    • Engineering/Technical background a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree
