    Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Habit Burger Grill operations team in Irvine, CA.

    Position Overview

    This position is a part of the team that supports the supply chain for The Habit Burger Grill; 360+ restaurants in the US.

    To be successful in this role, a Senior Program Manager needs to have a background of supply chain related roles which have a blend of collaboration and data analytics, such as: project management, supply chain management, supply planning, and/or demand planning. This person will engage with a cross functional team to bring new products to market, manage core menu and limited time offer forecasts. Provide distributor management and limited procurement activity as well as focus and implementation of cost saving initiatives – Restaurant Margin Improvement (RMI).

    Annual oversight is estimated at:

    • 10+ national food and packaging promotions and associated inventory authorizations
    • 10+ new product tests
    • Forecasting and ensured supply on a portfolio of core items.

    Ensuring delivery of annual cost saving target initiatives (RMI)

    Position Responsibilities

    Project Management

    • Effectively manage and drive high profile and innovative initiatives as a supply chain function. Collaborate with cross functional partners, suppliers, and distributors to drive projects from test kitchen concept to commercialization. Key initiatives include new product introductions, limited time offers, product transitions and other marketing calendar related initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to identify, quantify, and document the supply chain demands.
    • Collaborate with cross functional partners within RSCS and the brand to develop supply strategies that enable maximum flexibility with minimize financial risk. This includes planning contingencies, capacity assurance, and ingredient procurement timelines.
    • Manage supply chain timelines and deliverables of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Accountable to communicate and present ongoing updates to partners within RSCS, brand, and leadership in a timely fashion.
    • Ensure key learnings and best practices are captured to support future strategic planning and continuous improvement.
    • Create Authorizations for Inventory Procurement, Program Notifications, and other program related documentation.

    Demand Planning

    • Deliver initiatives with uninterrupted supply:
      • Collaborate with brand cross functional partners to gather and communicate demand plans to RSCS, supplier, and distribution partners.
      • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for core menu items and products.
      • Monitor sales, rapidly identify forecast misses, coordinate research activities to reconcile significant variances, adjust plan, and inform stakeholders and leadership.
    • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization efforts.

    Cost Savings (RMI)

    • Deliver margin improvement value to the Habit Burger Grill with the development and execution of cost saving strategies while maintaining and / or improving quality, customer and team member experience, food safety, and mitigating risk of obsolescence.
    • Ensure Key learnings and best practices are captured to support future strategic planning and continuous improvement to create and maintain a multi-year roadmap in coordination with leadership.
    • Drive monthly alignment between RSCS and brand in support of financial reporting and analysis.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain key relationships with all partners both internal and external including brand, supplier, and distribution partners.
    • Drive a culture of collaboration in a matrixed organization.
    • Special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

    HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

    Required Skills

    • Minimum of 7 to 9 years business experience in one or more of the following areas: Demand Planning, Project Management, Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations and/or Purchasing.

    • Prefer experience with food/packaging supply chain planning or project management in the restaurant/ food service distribution, or manufacturing environment.

    • Bachelor’s degree required, Business or Related Field. Master’s or MBA preferred.

    • Prefer APICS CPIM certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, ISM CPSM certification.
