Superintendent

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Manage associates and supervisors in various production areas.
• Responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the unit.
• Responsible for shop floor safety and quality performance, adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Monitor to meet goals and give corrective actions if short hits per hour (SPM, JPH), scrap, quality, etc.

This full-time, salary, a split between our 2nd and 3rd shift, role is a part of our Clinton team and reports to the Operations Manager .

Required experience:

• 3-5 years shop floor related experience and/or training.
• Experience with union/CBA environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner.
