Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire weld maintenance associates, managing integrators for new Assembly equipment.
- Responsible for managing and tracking engineering changes.
- Assure work orders are prioritized appropriately and PM completion.
- Provide key input into the development of the Plant's strategic business plan and identify and track key measurable to support plant business plan goals.
- Direct, drive and participate in problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues.
- Manage 3 shift operation of weld supervisor and hourly weld maintenance associates.
- Focus on availability, quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Weld Assembly Equipment, Robotics. Also any associated mechanical devices throughout the plant.
- Knowledge of MIOSHA/OSHA standards as it pertains to the equipment, machinery and overall facility.
- Must support Quality and Operations in the manufacturing of components sent to our location.
- Strong Hands-on aptitude to Problem Solving capability.
