    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for entire weld maintenance associates, managing integrators for new Assembly equipment.
    • Responsible for managing and tracking engineering changes.
    • Assure work orders are prioritized appropriately and PM completion.
    • Provide key input into the development of the Plant's strategic business plan and identify and track key measurable to support plant business plan goals.
    • Direct, drive and participate in problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues.
    • Manage 3 shift operation of weld supervisor and hourly weld maintenance associates.
    • Focus on availability, quality and efficiency.

      

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive knowledge of Weld Assembly Equipment, Robotics. Also any associated mechanical devices throughout the plant.
    • Knowledge of MIOSHA/OSHA standards as it pertains to the equipment, machinery and overall facility. 
    • Must support Quality and Operations in the manufacturing of components sent to our location.
    • Strong Hands-on aptitude to Problem Solving capability.

  • Qualifications

    OTJ-MAN

    • REASONING.  Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in or from standardized situations.
    • MATHEMATICS.  Ability to read, copy and record figures. May involve simple addition and subtraction.
    • Ability to compare similarities and differences between words, codes, and series of numbers. 
    • Ability to operate a computer at a basic to intermediate level.
    • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
