Associate Development Program - Entry Level Sales and Ops Trainee
As a HBCS Outpatient Registration Specialist you will be responsible for registering patients by telephone for outpatient screening and diagnostic testing services at our client provider sites across the Northeastern United States while working in a dynamic virtual/home-based environment. Key responsibilities include collection of demographics and insurance information, insurance verification, payment processing, creation of medical record in client HIS, data entry and communication of basic information to patients regarding their encounter. Due to Covid, this role is virtual. We are offering various shifts from Monday through Sunday to help accommodate with virtual learning and work life balance.
EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and patient-focused; has experience working with patients in a Front End Patient Access health care setting utilizing a variety of software platforms; experience fielding phone calls in a high volume contact center environment; and a high school degree plus at least two (2) years of post-secondary education. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, data-entry skills, and ability to multitask are required. Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
