Ensures the unit's work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring the daily activities of moderately complex to complex work of less senior team members. Duties may include: reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work within the Manual Rendering group to meet deadlines and goals. Monitoring work in progress, making adjustments as needed; giving feedback and training to staff; addressing scheduling issues, including absences and tardiness; giving input to Managers on staff performance; representing unit at meetings. Conduct weekly meetings in the absence of the manager.

Candidate may also be expected to provide support to Transactional Print and Automated Rendering by assisting with signoffs to ensure basic quality assurance is followed. Provide basic reporting of statistics within each area and work with operators and/or expeditors to obtain materials needed to process applications. The candidate will be required to have some contact with external vendors such as PSI, FedEx, USPS, and Ricoh.
