FULL TRAINING PROVIDED!  INCREASES EVERY 6 MONTHS!  The Apprentice will be enrolled in our Training program, where they are paired with a Trainer and gradually learn to operator our Digital printing equipment.  THIS POSITION PROVIDES INCREASES EVERY 6 MONTHS FOR THE DURATION OF TRAINING.  The Apprentice will learn by working directly with an Advanced Digital Operator, to include all applications and systems.   They will learn by feeding paper, watching the Operator set up and run the equipment.  They will learn to read Job Tickets, which includes the instructions for the equipment, paper and quantity specs.  The Apprentice will learn to monitor equipment during operations to ensure tolerances are being maintained and how to make adjustments as necessary.  They will also assist with daily maintenance duties as needed.
