RR Donnelley is currently hiring a Sales Manager to manage our Commercial Print sales team in the Philadelphia and surrounding area!
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE 8-10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SELLING COMMERCIAL PRINT, MAIL, DIGITAL CROSS MEDIA CAMPAIGNS, DATA ANALYTICS, OR RELATED SERVICES AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LEADING OTHERS. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE UTILIZING SALESFORCE CRDM PROGRAM
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and training local sales representatives with the objective to grow their business. They will assist the President in the development of company strategy and provide leadership for the sales team. The sales manager will also manage their own book of Commercial Print business.
Daily responsibilities include:
Proficient use of Salesforce to drive appropriate prospecting activity that delivers the desired sales growth for the organization.
Excellent motivational skills to help drive the sales teams' performance

Required Skills
College degree in Business or other related field preferred, but not required.
Candidate must have at least 8 years of Print Industry Experience and a minimum of 5 years Sales Leadership Experience.
High proficiency of basic software programs such as MS Office and CRM database systems.
