    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED, COMPUTER-SAVVY INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST THIS SUMMER!!

     

     

    THIS ROLE WILL BE PRIMARILY REMOTE BUT WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES LOCAL TO THE CHICAGO-LAND AREA.

     

     

    JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide a supportive role in assisting the SAP team in maintaining and updating technical documents, migrating the SharePoint site into Google Drive, and conducting initial cost/benefit analysis on implementing various modules. 

     

     

    MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Support the SAP team and developers by uploading templates, testing, etc. within the SAP software.
    • Help create a blueprint for knowledge management of Cronacle job chains moving forward.
    • Review SAP documentation regarding various Solution Manager capabilities in order to provide a written and oral report as a capstone to the internship experience.
    • Participate in IT team meetings, providing input and suggestions.
    • Provide support to other employees and filling in as requested by management.
    • Regular, reliable attendance is a requirement of this job.

    • Comfortable with speaking with senior leadership on their recommendations about a major project at the end of the internship period.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    • Good interpersonal and team skills.
    • Positive attitude and outstanding customer service orientation.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.

     

    Required Experience

    • The intern candidate should be a full-time student at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor or higher degree.
    • Must have a good working knowledge of Windows.
    • Experience with Google Docs and/or Sharepoint is a huge plus.

     

     

     

    The national pay range for this role is $18 to $20 / hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
