  • Responsibilities

    Currently, RG is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager to support the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) and the 75th Air Base Wing at Hill AFB, UT. This role will be critical in supporting our customer’s overarching mission of supporting the warfighter with on time delivery of weapon system assets.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE:

    To help make our customer successful, the chosen candidate can expect to be involved with or responsible for:

    • Providing leadership, communication, and oversight by eliminating barriers that prevent efficient and cohesive workforce
    • Understanding the mission and executing operational strategies that benefit RG, employees, and customer
    • Conducting annual and quarterly reviews to communicate performance, expectations, and goals for employees
    • Maintaining past performance documentation at least bi-annually
    • Operations Performance Optimization: Reviewing business processes and practices. Identifying needs and provide recommendations. 
    • Program Planning and Implementation: Implementing project management solutions. Assisting the customer in resolving conflicting requirements and expectations. Providing technical and program management support
    • Technology Enhanced Performance: Acting as the Deputy Program Manager to Government COTR for PDMSS Web including Portfolio Management, Software Development Life Cycle, Security and Architecture posture activities
    • Serving in "Lead" position in supporting Program Management Office functional managers
    • Providing Program Management for OO-ALC PDMSS (Programmed Depot Maintenance Scheduling System) inputs and PDMSS Web
    • Maintaining a continuous process improvement approach to the software development life cycle (SDLC), scheduling methodologies, and new technologies and advances
    • On time delivery of contract deliverables
    • Briefing government leadership on projects (background, status, training)
    • Managing a team of system designers and analysts in an Agile environment
    • Tracking and reporting on multiple projects

    Required Skills

    The Senior Program Manager is an exempt, experienced business professional that has a documented track record of excellent consulting/functional performance.  This individual provides subject matter expertise directly to customers (internal or external) in one or more of RG's core solutions.  This role is responsible for leading and managing teams.

    • Technical Skills: fluent in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Other skills: Communication, client relationship management, analytical/problem solving, Budget and Profit Loss management
    • Critical thinker who can quickly absorb the customer business practices, anticipate customer needs, and provide valuable solutions

     

    Required Experience

    To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.

    • BS/BA DEGREE
    • 10+ YEARS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
    • CURRENT CAC OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE
    • COVID-19 VACCINATION
