Provide post sales customer service for digital print solutions, fulfillment and other print related services. Involved heavily in updating and creating customer art using Adobe Suite, from data provided in email and Excel documents. Work within multiple order systems to modify or develop new customer programs. Facilitate large/complex multi-system updates. Execute orders from customers received through the online systems.

Duties Could Include:

• Create/Modifying multi-layered artwork for digital and print use
• Significant data entry in multiple systems and integration of spreadsheets
• Respond to customer communication and manage requests (prioritizing and meeting deadlines)
• Handle communication with inside and outside vendors
• Communicate and consult with Customer Service and Fulfillment on a regular basis.
• Manage Errors in orders/streams with internal systems
• Create/Enter inventory items within internal systems

Required Experience

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $20 - $25/ hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
