Provide leadership in the manufacturing plant billing department. Primary contact point for both Sales and Credit regarding billing issues. Ensure that department and plant processes maintain appropriate internal controls and achieve annual efficiency targets. Actively participate in the month-end close process including analysis of results compared to forecast, budget, and prior year and related month- end management reports. Coordinate maintenance of the general ledger including regular account reconciliations of all revenue related balance sheet accounts. Actively participate in the preparation of the annual operation budget and the monthly financial primarily related to revenue and cost of materials. Provide assistance with plant initiatives to the Controller and Management as needed.
