The Operations Associate role provides a period of time to train in all areas of a manufacturing facility and learn the RRD solutions and the RRD Manufacturing Process. The intent of this role is to graduate from the program and be able to serve in a variety of roles within one of our many manufacturing facilities.
- Complete the entire training program which includes training in RRD, Administration, and several Production Rotations as well as a robust online curriculum
- Shadow position-specific positions and then perform in those roles for a period of time to complete each “rotation”
- Assist Plant Leaders in the everyday functions of the facility as learning opportunities arise. There will be many and they will vary according to the situation
- Attend plant meetings both internal and external
- Continue to read publications about the print and manufacturing industries in order to increase your understanding of the field

Required Experience
- 4 Year Bachelors Degree preferred
- Manufacturing Internship is a plus
- Knowledge of the printing process is a plus
- Understanding of basic business practices
