    Are you an aspiring Photography Producer who loves working in a retail environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our integrated onsite creative packaging team. We are seeking an experienced Producer to be the key liaison between key stakeholders within our client’s offices. 

    Working alongside our Client’s Creative Manager and our Creative Director you will oversee the production of all packaging imagery while continuing to build and strengthen long-term relationships with our client.

    The successful candidate will develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders, which includes clients, third party photography studios and internal colleagues at all levels.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    _Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed.  The ability to exercise discretion and latitude, while completing tasks. _

     

    • Assist with the oversight and direction of production teams, set/prop requirements, budgets, casting/talent booking and client communication
    • Work with third party Producers, Studio Managers and photographers to ensure cohesive weekly studio production.
    • Identifies a client’s creative and budgetary needs, assembles and directs the appropriate talent, sets or props as required.
    • Supports on-set clients and talent. 
    • Assist Project Managers with photography phase of their projects
    • Negotiate talent/model rates and use rights as needed. 
    • Maintains production schedule for channel with knowledge of schedules of other Channel Producers. 
    • Identifies, communicates and solves issues that may arise.
    • Provides over-the-top customer service by always meeting client needs, quickly resolving challenges, and exceeding expectations.
    • Creates innovative solutions and programs to fit clients requests by understanding the client’s business and needs.  
    • Actively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge of photography capabilities and procedures and share knowledge or mentor other studio team members.

    • Ability to multitask with a proactive and a can-do attitude
    • Ability to think quickly under pressure
    • Extremely organized with excellent time management abilities 
    • Top notch proficiencies in Microsoft office as well as Bridge, Capture one, Photoshop, Light Room and various DAM engines
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Ability to bring diplomacy to complex situations
    • Must be able to proactively listen to others to understand issues and situations and to clearly articulate business needs to both internal, client and third party teams.
