This role will collaborate with the Venue Management Team, Venue Client Services, Venue Project Management, Sales and IT to analyze business needs, manage application health and provide clear direction to advance the strategic vision of the Venue application.RESPONSIBILITIESJob Duties:Include, but are not limited to:Regular meetings with Management, Service, Sales and support staff to assess market expectations concerning functionality and ease of useMonitoring daily health and usability of application to identify usage trends or potential issuesTranslation of business needs into user storiesCreation of artifacts in line with SDLC processKnowledge of and adherence to SDLC processLiaising with Quality Assurance team with regard to validation of new functionalityLiaising with Documentation specialists to insure accuracy of user help guides and training documentationRelease cycle management including handling of release communications, documentation, testing, deployment and post-release follow-up.Overseeing multiple project timelines and efforts.Research and evaluation of new technologiesManagement and prioritization of product backlog itemsMust be able to:Manage dynamic implementation schedules and business prioritiesSynthesize user feedback and enhancement requests into functional product improvementsUnderstand competitive baselines for product functionalityAnalyze testing results and prioritize feedback, bug reports and enhancement requestsCollaborate on multiple project timelines and effortsQUALIFICATIONSThe qualifications below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
