    POSITION: HOMELESS MANAGEMENT INFO SYSTEMS (HMIS) PLANNER LOCATION: LIBERTYVILLE, IL SALARY: $46,139.70 - $52,691.27 JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for using ServicePoint to power the HMIS.  Becoming a Homeless Management Info Systems (HMIS) Planner would allow you to be involved with various technical experiences within local government, ranging from using ServicePoint software to power the Homeless Management Information System, ServicePoint Referral Network, and as the call database for 211 Lake County. Your day will consist of providing ongoing support to service agencies regarding the use and function of the HMIS data system, maintaining the data quality management plan by monitoring data quality and assisting users with data issues, and performing other duties as assigned. You will have endless opportunities to impact and make a difference within Lake County, which consists of more than 30 departments and divisions.  Being able to build working relationships with employees and the public is sure to keep you interested and continuously learning. In order to be successful in this role you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Social Science, or related field. Individuals should have preferred experience with direct administration of the Homeless Management Information System and/or Continuum of Care process; possess the ability to effectively problem solve and have the ability to work both individually and in a team atmosphere.   • Qualifications
    • Able to feed, stock, move, jog, arrange, unload and rotate items on/off bindery and/or finishing equipment in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a bindery operator or supervisor. 

    • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 

    • Must have basic mathematical skills.

    • Basic skill in the use of manual dollies, carts or hand trucks and hand tools used in material handling tasks.

    • Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials.

    • Must be able to maintain good attendance.

    • Must be willing to work weekend overtime as needed.

    • Must be able to flex schedule to meet the needs of production, including working a different shift if needed.

    • Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
