SUMMARY:

The Web Content Specialist will assist with the build out of cross-channel marketing initiatives and have day-to-day responsibility for the running of projects, with a focus on great delivery. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated and energetic project driver with a passion for design. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing websites, microsites, e-commerce and other digital tools. They will have a proven skillset in project management, communication and show ease of working with cross-functional teams in a global setting. They will be creative, empathetic, passionate, positive and team-oriented, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create emails using templates by cloud-based program, ensuring layouts are optimized and user friendly.
• Identify target audience and grow our email list; sending weekly promotional and informational broadcast emails to distributor base.
• Use templates to create and execute all site banners and landing pages by adding content and images created by the design and marketing team.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure proper links are accurate with quality control and assurance for all experiences on various devices.
• Test website performance and functionality across browsers, operating systems and devices.
• Partner with design agencies to ensure brand and design consistency.
• Run projects focused on CRM Marketing (Eloqua), Social Media and Online Traffic campaigns.
• Apply the sales cycle to typical website visitor behavior and drive increased web conversions over time via new content and split/multivariate testing.
• Work with content marketing teams, leveraging third-party content, blogs, customer preferences, product marketing and research to effectively map content to stages of the persuasion architecture.
• Communicate and partner with development agency on web requirements and desired outcomes.
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.

• 2+ years of experience in online marketing, with at least 1 year working within the digital channel.

• Familiarity with design and web tools we use: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Sprout Social, Hubspot, Eloqua.

• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Optimize preferred

• Understanding of graphic design principles, information architecture, web accessibility standards, management of large-scale websites, and SEO & UX best practices.

• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to create web content.

• Solid understanding of video production and editing (Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Live Streaming, etc.).

• Solid domain experience with marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot, etc.), CRM, web analytics and email marketing solutions required.
