Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the construction, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated circuitry and controls associated with unique projects
- Examples include ability to formulate the layout sketch of required electrical circuits, wire new test setups, install strain gauge circuits and recording instruments as needed by the test program to measure performance of test articles, check the installed system to insure that specified electrical test conditions are attained, and may troubleshoot the electrical portions of the test equipment during test programs to determine cause of malfunction
- Critical limits are controlled by intricate interlock of safety systems of novel design and great complexity
- Knowledge and ability to anticipate and respond quickly to danger signs as they become evident through intricate warning systems to avoid loss of time and expensive equipment
- Must have skill in the use of hand tools, power tools and test equipment needed to perform job effectively
- Knowledge of electronics to electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and transistors
- 2 years post-secondary education degree or certificate in electronics education, or equivalent work experience.
- Two years of extensive electronic and industrial electronic (e.g., AC, DC and Servo drives, PLC, etc.) training with work experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Self-motivation to work on an individual basis.

Available Shifts:
- Training will be on A Shift - Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm with no shift differential.
- Training time will vary, but generally is for a couple of months.
- After Training, a regular shift will be determined at that time.
- It will most likely not be on A shift.
- Maintenance shift schedules, overtime requirements, and schedule changes for business needs can be discussed in the interview process.
Disclosure Statement:
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $23.53 - $31.31 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
