  • Responsibilities

    Reporting in to the EMEAI President, the Sales Director has to define, implement and monitor the sales strategy on the France area. They will lead and drive the France Sales P&L and take on the responsibility of the sales development and the profitability of the France profit center. In addition, they will organize and manage any departments that fall under their responsibility in accordance with the values of the Group.

    • Define and develop the sales strategy for the France and export areas, based on the global company strategy
    • Ensure the administrative, budgetary and financial management of the France Sales P&L
    • Define the sales targets and manage the sales team
    • Lead, organize, coordinate and monitor the sales activity and for the internal sales forces (inside sales representatives, sales administration and marketing) and external sales forces (outside sales representatives, agents)
    • Establish and implement the marketing strategy for the France area with the support of the Export Sales Administration and Marketing Manager
    • Define, monitor and control the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives for the different sales areas, product segments and type of customers (OEMs, EPCs, distributors etc.) in their area
    • Negotiate, advise and follow key accounts
    • Analyze market trends and dynamics, customer needs and the competitive landscape and adapt the market strategy accordingly
    • Work closely with the France IH&S project engineers’ team in the development of technical and commercial offers and following up on these
    • Set up relevant KPIs to monitor activity and implement actions plan
    • Handle financial and legal issues in association with internal and external support
    • Coordinate marketing activities on EMEAI with the support of the Export Sales Administration and Marketing Manager
    • Assist with the training program for all new collaborators

    Required Skills

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Significant experience within a sales team in a technical environment with management responsibilities
    • Sales and trading
    • Marketing
    • Budgetary, financial and economic knowledge
    • Language ability: Fluent English
    • IT: Good working MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
