POSITION PROFILE The role of the Warehouse Administrative Assistant is to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.interact with the management team concerning staffing needs, work with HR Central concerning Pix set-up, and support the facilities team with purchasing and non-inventory control. Additionally, the Warehouse Admin may act as an assistant to one or more management team members performing administrative tasks, such as reporting, coordinating associate events, and setting up meeting rooms or coordinating client visits. SCHEDULE Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Interface with the SAP accounts payable system to order supplies. Administer the associate t-shirt program Act as onboarding ambassador for new hires Deliver new hire orientations Monitor non-inventory office supplies Coordinate associate events Perform other administrative support as required Follows all safety guidelines and performs in a safe and careful manner Any and all other duties assigned QUALIFICATIONS Education - High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience - minimum of 2 years of administrative experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES To perform the job successfully, an individual must demonstrate the following: Professionalism- the strictest level of confidentiality must be followed.
