- Mandatory experience or academic background in Textile Engineering coursework or related field

- Works independently and takes direction from others; is punctual and reliable; performs work in a safe and secure manner, prioritizing the safety and security of individuals, materials, and information.
- Ability to navigate complexity of remote reporting structure by ensuring communication is managed efficiently and timely, with and to the reporting manager
