Our team is responsible for increasing customer acquisition, engagement and lifetime value, improving loyalty and advocacy.This CRM Reporting and Insights Analyst role will be embedded in a global acceleration hub embedded within the US marketing team and will be responsible for multi-channel CRM reporting and insights development. You will develop global data and reporting best practices, utilizing a consumer centric approach for cross-channel reporting and multi-variant testing to help create consumer insights collaborating with global and US brand/digital strategists, frontline leaders, and agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops insightful, timely and accurate dashboards and ad-hoc reporting for campaign management;Leverages analysis and data-mining to provide recommendations for effective targeting and segmentation strategies;Develops insights and strategies to measure and drive customer acquisition, retention and reactivation;Supports data profiling and modelling as required for enhanced segmentation and lifecycle management;Consolidates customer insight from multiple sources including Market Research, eMail campaign analytics and Digital/Social Marketing to develop comprehensive reporting;Partner with cross functional teams to drive reporting customer acquisition, gains in customer lifetime value and improvements in customer experiencePartner with CRM Manager and marketing analytics team to refine customer segmentation to drive qualified, timely and relevant communicationsAnalyze pilot, program and campaign performance, research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findingsBe the subject matter expert for Google Analytics and the ability to setup and optimization including filtering, goal tracking and conversion funnelsResponsible for customer data requests as they relate to media campaigns, email, omni channel personalization, care center, ad hoc report requests, etc.Assist in the day-to-day execution of digital projects including: testing, campaign set-up, and QA reviewDevelop and implement data management strategy and develop business requirements for new customer solutionsEstablish and maintain best practices in data governance and appropriate data hygieneEducational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Marketing or Business requiredProfessional Experience3 years' experience in manipulating data, investigating data problems, and development of reports/dashboards with a strong conceptual/analytical/creative mind. Tableau experience a plus.3 years' experience in digital marketing reporting and optimization with demonstrated success in managing direct response and integrated email marketing programs. Direct to consumer marketing experience preferred.Experience with the entire process of automated outbound and inbound marketing (e.g., lead scoring/nurturing/routing, campaign development and management, landing page and form building and optimization, and reporting/analytics).Experience working with a major CRM vendors (i.e. Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot) required.
