Responsibilities Promotion Analysis and business Partnering Assist in the preparation and financial review of different scenarios of Customer JBP (Join business plan) Review the accurate input of the promotion plan, looking at incremental promos versus PY and Plan and changes in ROI Increase the forecast Trade accuracy, and avoid surprices Review that sales team apply correctly the deduction received with the promotion planned Ad hoc reporting, on actual performance, promotion status, deduction follow up, as required to support the whole of the Drug Sales team Right hand to Drug Finance manager and partnering Drug sales team Month End Accounting & Reporting Assist with month end reporting pack and file preparation, guaranteeing all reporting requirements and deadlines are met Ensure the integrity of financial data by regularly reviewing and reconciling data shared between key financial applications Controlling Enforce financial policy to ensure standard operating procedures are being carried out efficiently. Support the Finance Trade team from auditing promotions point of view Qualifications BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA a plus 2-3 years work experience within Accounting or Finance Excellent organization skills and ability to understand and analyses data logically Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills to allow for mutual understanding of problems / business needs and development of cooperative solutions Ability to challenge and influence decisions, multi-task and prioritize assignments Why RB?
