Summary This position is key in Divisional Finance supporting all planning, analyzing and reporting activities related to Trade Marketing and Sales for USA Health. Responsibilities Provide direct support to the local Sales and Trade Marketing teams, ring fenced teams and local Consumer Promotion teams in managing all aspects of the consumer marketing budgets, including expenditure tracking. Manage Shopper Marketing spend for the brands and ensure tight management of the budget Provide Management Reporting on the Customer / Brand Performance Provide compliance reporting to support the trade marketing promotional strategy Provide customer inputs for Sales driven initiatives Support the Customer Demand Forecast and ensure challenge on sell in vs sell out. Challenge and analyst Customer initiatives are driving a strong return on investment (ROI) GMVA analysis by customer brand to help drive corrective action P&L analysis for annual planning and promotional planning. Ad hoc analysis on pricing, new products, customer investments Qualifications BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA a plus 2-3 years work experience within Accounting or Finance Excellent organization skills and ability to understand and analyze data logically Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills to allow for mutual understanding of problems / business needs and development of cooperative solutions Ability to challenge and influence decisions, multi-task and prioritize assignments Why RB?
