Summary: The GxP LIMS Systems Analyst will configure and support Enterprise Laboratory Applications to meet end-user needs. Understand business processes, document user requirements, process system changes, document configuration, write user acceptance testing (UAT), end user support, maintains system documentation and is responsible for user support related to system functionality.. Responsibilities: Work with business units to assess processes and document user requirements Configure the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to meet end user requirements in GxP regulated environments. Responsible for maintaining system documentation including: User Requirement Specifications, Detail Design Specifications, and UAT Develop reports (tabular, trend and/or labels) and/or database searches Configure LIMS System and Instrument integrations Process system change requests Maintain System Documentation including Configuration Specification, Functional Requirements and Design Specification Provide end-user support related to system configuration. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. 2+ years experience with configuration of LIMS GAMP GxP regulations Provide non-business hour support when necessary Be available to work on call in event of emergency or system outage. ELN, SDMS or other Enterprise Laboratory Application Administration or Analyst experience is a plus Preferred: Advanced degree (chemistry, biology, bioinformatics, information technology or similar discipline). Masters degree is a plus. Pharmaceutical or biotech experience, e.g., experience working in a laboratory or biological environment (for Research only). Practical experience using languages such as Java, Javascript, .Net or Iron Python . Experience with Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and experience with IDBS ELN, Core Informatics PFS, Sapio Exemplar, Nautilus LIMS and TIBCO Spotfire. Practical knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems, Electronic Notebooks, Data Visualization Platforms, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Laboratory Execution Systems and integration technologies.
