The candidate will support the development of the next generation of residential air conditioning and heat pump split systems. The candidate will work alongside technology, product development, and manufacturing/quality engineers to ensure successful production release.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Collaborate with others to complete modeling, testing, and analysis tasks to develop split systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with diverse audiences
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
• Experience working in a team environment
• Organized with strong attention to detail

• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Familiar with Matlab, Modelica, C++, or Python
• Creativity – identify issues and present solutions/alternate approaches
• Knowledge and experience with fundamental thermodynamics, fluids, and heat transfer
