    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production.  Develops priorities based on production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials. Creates schedules and staffing requirements based on determined priorities. Establishes manufacturing and quality control standards and develops budget controls and plans.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production teams.
    • Develops priorities based on production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials.
    • Creates schedules and staffing requirements based on determined priorities.
    • Establishes manufacturing and quality control standards and develops budget controls and plans.
    • Responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and total associate engagement.
    • Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing operations are conducted in a manner that achieves Key Performance indicator targets within the established budget.
    • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

    • All other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIRED

    • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Business-related field or comparable work experience strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of manufacturing experience.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
