Job Description
The eCommerce Content Intern will be a key contributor in the implementation of a Product Information Management (“PIM”) platform to enable a “single source of truth” for Zurn’s products, greater operational efficiencies, and quality data. This solution is a key enabler of Zurn’s digital productivity business model, known as DiRXN (pronounced “direction”). As part of the internship program, you will be a member of the Digital team and will be given opportunities to work cross-functionally with specific project responsibilities and access to mentors. This role will work with multiple departments including exposure to Product Managers, Product Marketing, Engineering, IT, and other internal departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create an SOP for new eCommerce partners inclusive of sales reporting, MAP policy, brand guidelines, contacts for merchandising, data available and training for content store
- Building additional quality rules into PIM, and notifications that drive daily work for enrichment team
- Assist with enhanced merchandising to drive ecommerce sales
- Document data collection, creation, change, and discontinuation business processes
- Document data definitions and standards
- Gather functional and data requirements for the PIM solution
- Map PIM data and attributes to internal systems and external partners
- Develop training materials for PIM users
- Consolidate product data from multiple data sources
- Review and improve upon product data
- Analyze data issues and recommend a resolution plan
- Assist with external data requests by collaborating with cross-functional departments
- Carry out special projects as needed
