    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Product Data Management Intern will be a key contributor supporting our Product Information Management (“PIM”) platform to enable a “single source of truth” for Zurn’s products, greater operational efficiencies, and quality data. This individual will support key initiatives for Zurn’s eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams. As part of the internship program, you will be a member of the Product Data Management team and will be given opportunities to work cross-functionally with specific project responsibilities and access to mentors. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support PIM platform administration including user setup, data model changes, and syndication capabilities
    • Prepare and load product data and digital assets to PIM platform in collaboration with other departments
    • Maintain PIM training materials and assist PIM users with using PIM platform
    • Oversee & maintain product data quality scorecards
    • Analyze data issues and recommend a resolution plan
    • Carry out special projects as needed

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIRED

    • Must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration
    • GPA of 3.5 or higher strongly preferred
    • High attention to detail
    • Experience collecting, organizing, and/or analyzing data for accuracy
    • Experience with databases
    • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Able to work 40 hrs per week during the summer, and 15-20 hrs during the school year
