Job Description Responsible for supporting TMC-NA Overland Implementation Manager on optimization & implementation of process/IT solutions for Bosch transportation network. Will play key role as central process custodian for NA process repository & Interface between Global Process Management & operations. * Support requirement specification, test management and pilot introduction of process/IT changes. * Collect, document and structure requests for TMS development. * Responsible for maintaining NA process repository & control for all standardized process, with localization (permissible only in the case of statutory or compliance requirement) in documented form (version/change control). * Responsible for system data maintenance to ensure the reliability of relevant info in SAP system (process standards). * Participate in the implementation the latest releases of SAP solution within the global environment and update the demo/documentation accordingly. * Collect, analyze, & monitor data to draw insights on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions. * Support collaboration between different stakeholders (LSP, Supplier, TMC Management, Plant logistics, regional purchasing, IT service providers (internal/external)). * Update and administration of master data, such as branches, users, transport tariff sheets, routing entries. * Support generation and configuration of reports. * Develop and conduct end user training, ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and provide technical and user application documentation. * Responsible for Technical clarification internally & externally. * Consulting, support and enabling of plants and operations. During Implementation: * Participate in requirements and design workshops around SAP TM. * Assist in prep of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. * Completes assigned tasks within project to ensure project is delivered within appropriate schedule. * Install and implement solution suite in various environments, including production environments. * Facilitate user testing with business partners to validate scope and functionality. * Prepare, coordinate, and execute appropriate unit (functional), integration and volume tests to ensure successful implementation and support efforts. * May travel up to 25% which requires a valid Passport and ability to travel in & out of US as necessary. Qualifications BASIC REQUIREMENTS * Must possess a Bachelors Degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, or Engineering). * Must have 3+ years of logistics, procurement, and/or supply chain experience. * Must possess a minimum of 1+ years working with SAP TM data model, data requirements & interfaces with 3rd Parties (SMC3, PCMiler, etc.). * Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience working with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), as well as, Tableau. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3+ years of experience working with SAP TM (Transportation Management) highly preferred. Proficient/Knowledgeable on SAP TM, S/4 HANA, developing custom workflows/capabilities using the same. * Ability to analyze problems and opportunities and systematically approach them to make improvements both short term and long term. * Demonstrated ability to connect business requirements to system solution. * Ability to effectively lead meetings face to face, conference calls, & web based. * Must be self-motivated and willing to be flexible in work schedule and hours. Sometimes the job requires staying later or taking calls during off hours or weekends to assist with customer issues. * Proficient/Knowledgeable in BOPF, SAP PI, ABAP programming, Oracle PL/SQL, batch programming/scheduling. * Experience working with Continuous Improvement Process & Lean Six Sigma Problem Solving tools (5 Whys, 5S, A3, ANOVA, PDCA, SIPOC, VSM). * Good time management skills and strong ability to manage several projects and tasks at once and excellent ability to prioritize time and efforts.
