Support the management our Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure product safety information is available to our suppliers and customers. This would include working with management to create the Sheets and upload to our database Maintain an updated and accurate list of all chemical and hazardous materials onsite while supporting all federally required documentation Coordinate facilitys sustainability programs and work with the environmental awareness team to bring new programs to the site Support the training and awareness of health and safety to all employees and new hires by maintaining safety newsletters and other communication channels Various projects as they arise Qualifications Enrolled in an academic program relating to facilities, engineering, or supply chain preferred Strong detail orientation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficient MS Office skills Experience working in a lab is a plus Must be able to successfully pass a drug and background check Position only open to students who will not now, nor in the future require sponsorship Additional Information By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce - EOE/Protected Veteran/Disabled.
