Job Description Duties & Responsibilities : * * Develop and maintain project plans and drive on time deliverables and milestones * Support Manufacturing with converting manufacturing designs to build of material in ERP system. * Execute corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments * Maintain open issue log and drive timely resolution of issues * Facilitate cross functional problem solving and issue resolution with project team * Proactively identify and address product design issues that adversely affect production or product operation. Qualifications Required: * Seeking Bachelors degree in Engineering disciplines (Mechanical preferred) * Understanding of engineering fundamentals. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Test prototypes and write reports to document results * Basic knowledge of CAD (NX, Pro-E, AutoCAD or other packages) * Develop basic detail and assembly drawings for products and equipment * Proficient with hands on skills (cutting, forming, fabricating, brazing, welding) * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Strong organizational skills * Ability to perform mechanical design calculations * Ability to perform basic design modifications Additional Information 1. Design and Documentation 2. Controls & electro-mechanical circuit design for HVAC products 3. FMEA & DFMEA 4. Technical data and material specifications development 5. Developing wiring diagrams, schematics 6. HVAC concepts and systems, electro-mechanical and direct digital control circuits, motors and HVAC equipment development 7.
