    POSITION SUMMARY:

     

    The product file analyst for digital business integration has primary responsibility to coordinate cross functionally and provide primary maintenance responsibility of all items enabled to meet the needs of our evolving strategy and customer digital business expectations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following; other duties may be assigned)

     

    • Act as primary point of contact for Digital Business team on all Eclipse product and pricing related needs

    Manage IDW information flow into Eclipse Product Data Warehouse

    • Primary responsibility for Product Data Warehouse maintenance per current process & procedure as directed by Product File Manager. Including but not limited to: mapping of metas, synching products, data cleansing & troubleshooting issues.
    • Primary responsibility for product attribute audit & maintenance for all item aspects required for digital business based on current OSD/SUSA guidelines. For example, but not limited to: web-enabled flag, product description, specification sheets, images, keywords, substitutes, vendor catalog numbers & UPC.
    • Develop & manage audit routine of all web-enabled product attributes with Product File Manager
    • Coordinate item needs with marketing, product managers, and purchasing on all aspects of promotional campaigns.
    • Load & maintain promotional sell price & special cost matrices.
    • Act as lead project manager on all product file projects specific to digital business as directed by Product File Manager
    • Provide customer pricing reports to sales & management for new accounts who register for website access
    • Provide annual audit of customer pricing for active digital business account to sales & management
    • Conduct online pricing research as directed by Product file & Pricing Managers
    • Troubleshoot digital business pricing related feedback and coordinate correction with appropriate department(s) as needed.
    • Manage customer pricing software updates, such as but not limited to: Trade Service Supplier Exchange.
    • Support product file team on new item creation and vendor price increase updates as directed by Product File Manager

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

            EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • ELECTRICAL, INDUSTRIAL AND/OR DISTRIBUTION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or

    • 5 - 7 years' of related experience and/or training; or

    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Must have Intermediate Excel, Outlook, & Word skills

    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with little supervision

    • Must demonstrate good time management skills

    • Must possess strong planning, organizational and execution skills

    • Must have the ability to set goals and meet deadlines

    • Must possess excellent customer service skills

    • Must demonstrate ownership of assigned responsibilities and ability to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner

    • Must possess a proactive and positive team approach to problem resolution

    • Must have the ability to establish strong working relationships with co-workers and management

    • Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
