CASER (PADLOCKER)

• Provide appropriate material / packaging to specific lines to ensure productivity is optimized.
• Familiarity with product and packaging needs
• Produce computer generated Case Labels as specified on the job’s work instructions, insure they are sequentially numbered and properly position them on the cases.
• Attach Pallet Labels, insuring they are positioned on each load as prescribed by the customer. Follow all guidelines as indicated in the “Labels Control & Accountability” work instruction.
• Provide the proper size corrugate as specified on the job orders to the glue lines and flat pack stations to maintain their operations. When the job is complete, move the cases back to a warehouse location or use an inventory transaction to scrap them in the system.
• When building finished goods loads, caser must insure the cases are configured such that all labels are showing to the outside. The only exception would be configurations with interior cases that do not allow for their labels to be visible to the outside.
• Follow all “Line Clearance” procedure guidelines.
• Insure case/pallet labels made for re-labeling of finished goods have the complete and correct information on them. Proofing of the labels must be accomplished before they are released.
• May enter, transcribe, record, or maintain information in either written form or electronically
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, data entry
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Patient, tactful and approachable
• Excellent organizational abilities
