  • Responsibilities

     Transport correct corrugated cases to the gluing machines.  Record cases removed and returned to inventory.  Follow all work instructions with special attention to line clearance and mixing issues.  Notify the Finishing Crew if cases do not have tape when they should and correct all cases.  Clarify any unclear procedures or specifications before palletizing.  Palletize each order using packing specs to meet customer specifications.  Communicate any item changes with shipping personnel.  Identify non-conforming product labels and place in the sorting department.  Remove completed pallets from production lines and transport to proper location.  Maintain a clean and safe work environment.  Complete production and hourly management reports.  Operate forklift truck to transport material.  Follow all safety requirements as directed by the company.  Reports all food safety and quality problems to the Department Manager or Quality Team.  May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
