    Friday & Saturday: 5:00AM – 3:30PM

    Sunday: 4:00PM – 2:30AM

    Monday: 4:00PM – 2:30AM

    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    · Receive incoming shipments and Prepare and Document all outgoing shipments in a timely manner. Includes scanning and labeling of outgoing containers/racks.

    · Enter data in computer as necessary.

    · Move materials via PIVs in the plant as required.

    · Document incoming materials as required.

    · Process hourly/daily paperwork as required.

    · Monitor all ASN and manual shipping requirements, perform input and corrections as required.

    · Communicate all shipping requirements, potential misses, short ships to leaders.

    · Communicates with external truck drivers to ensure picking up and dropping off in the correct locations and have appropriate paperwork.

    · Communicates with Quality as needed to ensure product is verified before loaded.

    This salary role is a part of our plant Materials team and reports to the Materials Superintendent.

    Required experience:

    · Must be a Team Player and set a Positive Example

    · Must be organized and have experience or the ability to learn data entry on the computer.

    · Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills and interpersonal skills

    · Need an understanding of the Operations Department

    · Must be willing to be Forklift Certified, if not currently certified.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

    • Qualified candidate must possess proficient computer skills to include excel (including spreadsheets, the ability to filter, subtotal reports and use pivot tables) word-processing, database management, and e-mail.
    • Individual should not have a fear of heights and will be trained and certified in the operation of a stock-picker forklift.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
    • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure, as working on multiple projects with regular interruptions is typical.
    • Candidate must be accurate to desired standards of performance and possess problem-solving capabilities.
    • Weekend work and overtime hours may sometimes be required to meet customer demands.
    • Regular attendance is required.
