    • Must be familiar with press operations.
    • Assembles, installs, and aligns dies in press according to specifications working with die setters.
    • Positions work in die on locating pins or stops.
    • Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction.
    • Inspects workpieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors including first piece.
    • Catches, packs and inspects parts.
    • Operate Quality Gages.
    • Perform hourly checks.
    • Fill out lot tags, production reports, PVD forms, and die maintenance control forms.
    • Keeps work area neat and organized.
    • Reports any problems to Supervisor

  • Qualifications
    • Posses strong basic math skills
    • Ability to read project specifications and relay the information to your team
    • Basic mechanical skills are a plus. General set up, and maintenance of equipment is required
    • Flexible film packaging experience, or the operation of similar packaging equipment is preferred.
    • Able to read, write, speak and understand conversational English 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to lift to 50 pounds 
    • Able to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards
